Volunteer Requests

Hamilton Rotary actively engages with other community events and non-profits. To request volunteers at your upcoming event please fill out the form below for support with events, agency initiatives, etc. 

 In order to provide impartiality, all organizations must complete an online donation request form (below). Please do not email, fax, mail, or call, as these requests will not be accepted.

Due to the large number of requests we receive, we will only be able to assist with organizations that adhere to the following guidelines:

•  Requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to the deadline for event. Incomplete or late requests will not be accepted.

• Requests are only granted to organizations located in or serving individuals residing in the greater Hamilton area.

• Submission of this application does not guarantee a donation.
